Improvement of light transmittance

Improving the power generation efficiency of solar cells and the image quality of lenses! Introducing a demonstration video of improving light transmittance using transparent acrylic sheets.

Our "Excel Pure" reduces light reflection and improves transmittance through its low-refractive-index coating. We have uploaded a video demonstrating the improvement in light transmittance of our product using transparent acrylic plates. You can view it from the video below. In addition to improving light transmittance, our product also offers anti-fogging effects due to its hydrophilic and anti-static properties. Please feel free to contact us for more details. [Examples of Applications] ■ Increased power generation efficiency of solar cells ■ Improved image quality of lenses ■ Enhanced sensitivity of photoelectric sensors ■ Increased light output of lighting fixtures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Solving various challenges with high value-added coatings! Anti-reflection and improved transmittance.

Do you have concerns about reducing light reflection and increasing transmittance? By forming a low-reflective coating on the substrate surface, we can improve transmittance.

Our "Anti-Reflection and Transmission Rate Improvement Coating" enhances the transmission rate by forming a low-refractive-index film with a refractive index of 1.3 on the surface of the substrate. When light reflects off the surface of solar panels, it hinders the light's reach to the solar cells, reducing power generation efficiency. Additionally, if light is diffusely reflected in optical sensors, the light-receiving part may fail to recognize the light, leading to malfunctions. We respond to the need to maintain and amplify the amount and directivity of light. To solve these issues, we can develop specialized types. We also accept OEM production. [We solve these concerns!] ■ We want to suppress light reflection and increase transmission rate. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Improving light transmittance and preventing dirt! Solving various challenges with high value-added coatings.

Improve the light transmittance of transparent substrates such as resin and glass, and suppress dust adhesion on the substrate surface due to antistatic properties. Please check the effectiveness in the demonstration video.

Our inorganic anti-fouling coating agent "Excel Pure" improves transmittance by forming a low-refractive film with a refractive index of 1.3 on the surface of the substrate. We respond to the need to maintain and amplify the amount and directivity of light. For problem-solving, we can develop a dedicated type. OEM production is also available. 【Examples of Applications】 - Enhancement of sensitivity in photoelectric sensors - Improvement of lens image quality - Increase in illuminance of lighting fixtures - Improvement of transmittance in optical films ★ You can check the effects in the demonstration video at the bottom of the page ★ * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
